Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second notification with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Availability

United States Shipping:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

International Shipping:
International shipping is not currently available.

Estimated Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. ReverentSol is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned as non-deliverable:

  • A refund may be issued for the net price of the item(s), minus shipping costs, or

  • The order may be reshipped if the customer covers the additional shipping fee.

Lost Orders & Tracking Issues
An order may be considered lost if tracking never confirms delivery.

If tracking shows no movement beyond expected timelines:

  • Domestic claims may be filed 5 days after the last tracking update

  • Lost-in-transit claims must be submitted within 30 days of the last tracking update

Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but your package was not received:

  • Please wait 5 days from the delivery confirmation before contacting us

  • Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our wellness products and small-batch offerings, all sales are currently final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used products

  • Digital downloads

  • Items marked as final sale
