our purpose, your journey

our mission

ReverentSol — our mission is to inspire and empower individuals on their own journeys of self-discovery, healing, and growth. born from my own path of reconnecting with myself through mindfulness, yoga, and soulful wellness practices, this platform is a reflection of the tools and lessons that have supported me along the way. it’s my hope that by sharing my personal journey and the practices that have illuminated my path, you’ll find inspiration, motivation, and support as you honor your inner wisdom and live with intention.

through mindful reflection, yoga, and simple wellness practices, ReverentSol serves as a space for you to embrace your unique journey, nurture your soul, and shine your light unapologetically. here, we celebrate the small shifts — those "daily deposits" into your well-being, that create lasting transformation, rippling out to not only change ourselves but the world around us.

our founder

My wellness journey began at 13 when I took my first yoga class, feeling an immediate connection that would become a cornerstone of my life. Growing up, I embraced sports, mindful eating, and a vegetarian lifestyle, while Thich Nhat Hanh’s teachings on mindfulness and inner peace deepened my commitment to intentional living. During my second pregnancy, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and taught Vinyasa yoga for a time, but as life shifted with motherhood, marriage, and a corporate career, I recognized the importance of nurturing my sense of self. Therapy played a crucial role in finding balance, and as I shared my practices on social media, I realized I wanted to create a space to inspire and provide tools for others to embark on their own healing journeys. This led to the creation of ReverentSol.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, running, reading, traveling, practicing yoga, and writing, which fuel my passion for living fully and sharing that energy with others. I’m a proud Purdue University graduate with a degree in Communications/Human Relations and a minor in English. Currently, I’m pursuing my Master of Science in Human Resource Management at Purdue, further deepening my passion for understanding people and fostering growth in both personal and professional spaces. I’m also also a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200). These experiences have shaped my passion for connecting with others, share meaningful stories, and creating spaces for growth, healing, and self-discovery.
